Brake repair
in Tyler & Longview.
Squeal, grind or a soft pedal? We fix pads, rotors, calipers, drums and parking brakes at our Tyler and Longview shops. The inspection takes about 30 minutes, and you get the quote before any work starts.
The hardware
Stops like
it should.
Most vehicles run disc brakes up front and discs or drums in the rear. We service both ends on cars, trucks, minivans and SUVs: pads, rotors, calipers, shoes, drums, lines and fluid.
Signs it's time
Hear it.
Feel it.
Noises are the cheap warning
A squeal is the pad telling you it is getting thin. A grind means the pad is gone and metal is chewing on the rotor. Come in at the squeal and it is usually pads. Wait for the grind and it is pads and rotors.
Pedal, pull and shake
A spongy pedal points at the hydraulics: fluid, a line or a caliper. A pull that only happens when you brake is a brake problem, often a sticking caliper. A shake through the steering wheel under braking usually starts at the front rotors.
Not sure what you are hearing? Bring it in. The inspection takes about 30 minutes and we quote the repair before we touch it. Start a quote or call Tyler / Longview.
The install standard
Inspect first.
Quote straight.
Inspection first
About 30 minutes. We check the pads, rotors, lines and fluid, show you what we found, and quote the repair before any work starts.
Job times up front
Rotors take about an hour. A front or rear disc brake job, or a rear drum job, takes about two. A parking brake adjustment takes about 30 minutes.
One answer, not a referral
Brakes, steering and tires wear together. We do brakes, alignment and suspension at both shops, so a pull or a shake gets one diagnosis instead of a trip across town.
Done to the manufacturer's spec
Pads, rotors and calipers go on to the manufacturer's spec with every bolt torqued, so the warranty on the parts stays whole.

Great experience from start to finish! I got a new set of tires and rims, and the staff was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They also noticed my brakes needed to be replaced and were able to take care of them the same day, which saved me another trip. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them!

The guys up at wheels up front are some of the most genuine guys they have always taken care of me. every time I park my truck I put the emergency brake on to put less stress on my transmission. Most shops don’t put it back on when they are done with the vehicle but wheels up front is a place where they notice the small details and put it things back how they were. That’s how you win my business is paying attention to the little things and not skipping over them
