Privacy policy.

What we collect. When you send a quote request, contact message, or job application through this site, we receive the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide it, your vehicle details, and your message. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your request: pricing your quote, answering your question, or considering your application. We contact you the way you asked us to. Your information is used to answer you and for nothing else, and it is never passed to anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it. Form submissions are delivered to us through our website host's form service. Financing applications are not handled on this site at all: every Apply button sends you directly to the provider's own site, and their privacy policy governs what you enter there.

Text messages. Text messaging is opt-in only. Our forms show two separate boxes, one for non-marketing texts about your quote request, appointment and order updates, and service notifications, and one for marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Neither box is ever pre-ticked, both are optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you tick neither, we reach you by phone call or email. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. The full text messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Questions or removal. Want to know what we have from you, or want it deleted? Call the shop or email tyler@wheelsupfront.com and we'll take care of it.
