Auto services in Tyler and Longview
Auto service at both of our East Texas shops. We handle tires, wheels, steering, suspension, brakes and TPMS. We inspect first, quote it straight, then do the repair. Walk-ins welcome six days a week in Tyler, seven in Longview.
The standard
Our technicians handle every install, repair and balance with the proper equipment, from tire rotation to brake and suspension repair. We service most cars, trucks, minivans and SUVs at both shops.

Tires are the only part of your vehicle that touches the road, and pressure, balance and rotation decide how long a set lasts. We mount, balance, rotate and repair on computerized equipment, inflated to the manufacturer's spec every time. Need a new set? We stock 17 brands and match them to how you actually drive.
When to come in
Underinflation chews up sidewalls. Overinflation chews up the center tread. Proper pressure buys you traction, fuel economy and tread life, so we set it right on every service.

02 · Wheel services
Wheels,
mounted right.
Most modern wheels are cast or forged from steel or aluminum alloy, and every set mounts and torques a little differently. We sell and install wheels for cars, trucks and SUVs, and we verify bolt pattern, offset and clearance before anything goes on.
03 · Steering & suspension
Steady steering.
Solid ride.
Steering and suspension parts control how the vehicle turns, rides and stays planted. They wear with normal driving, and off-road miles wear them faster. We inspect the system and tell you what needs adjustment or replacement.
When to come in
Suspension parts work as one unit. One worn part left alone speeds up wear on the rest, so a small repair now beats a big one later.

04 · Brake repair
Brake repair
in Tyler and Longview
Brake repair is everyday work in our bays. Press the pedal and the master cylinder pushes fluid through the lines to squeeze pads or shoes against a disc or drum at every wheel. That friction and heat wear down pads, shoes, rotors and drums a little at a time, and calipers can stick or leak as they age. We do brake service front and rear at the Tyler, TX shop on SE Loop 323 and the Longview, TX shop on Spur 63: pads, shoes, rotors, drums, parking brakes and hydraulics.
When to come in
Noises are the cheap warning. Have them checked when you first hear them and you'll usually save money down the line.

A brake inspection takes about 30 minutes. We check the pads, rotors, lines and fluid, tell you what we found, and quote the repair before any work starts. The inspection is the same at the Tyler, TX and Longview, TX shops.
Disc, drum and parking brakes
Most vehicles run disc brakes up front and either discs or drums in the rear. A worn pad that keeps going scores the rotor, and a scored rotor usually has to be replaced with the pads; that is why the squeal matters. A rear drum job can involve the shoes, the springs or the drum itself, depending on what the inspection finds. Working times for each job are listed with the brake jobs on this page.
Brakes, steering and tires wear together
A vehicle that pulls to one side only when you brake usually has a brake problem. One that pulls on a flat road at steady speed can be alignment or a worn suspension part, and uneven tire pressure will do it too. We do all three at both shops, so you get one answer instead of a referral.

05 · TPMS repair
Sensors,
not guesswork.
Your tire pressure monitoring system warns you when a tire drops below safe inflation, and low tires hurt handling, braking and tread life long before they look flat. When the light comes on and airing up doesn't clear it, the system needs service. We diagnose and repair TPMS on most makes and models.
